WHO IS RUFF COUTURE STUDIO?

We are a Northen Portugal brand based on sustainability and art created by Carolina Teles de Menezes.


WHAT ARE OUR PRINCIPLES AS A PLAYER IN THE FASHION INDUSTRY?

Our products are designed and handcrafted with hemp, recycled and with organic fibers.
It's a slow process consciously thought and carried out, to comply with an ethical and sustainable purpose.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship to this list of countries.

DO YOU HAVE A CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE?

We currently cannot offer Click and Collect. 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

There are no exchanges / returns of articles altered, washed, used, with odors or in any way damaged by misuse of them. The RUFF is not responsible for the misuse of their articles, or the incorrect washing of the same. We always suggest that you consult the section CARE AND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS in order to make a purchase as informed as possible. The customer support team will be available to help in case of any doubt.

All purchases made in the online store at www.RUFF-COUTURE.com are subject to Portuguese law. The RUFF accepts exchanges / returns of articles within a maximum period of 30 working days, provided that the article is delivered in perfect condition, the same way it was sold, unused and accompanied by the respective invoice, labels in fabric and paper, packaging and any other elements that are part of the shipment.

According to the decree-law 24/2014, February 14, the customer has 14 days to cancel their order or, after receiving it at the address chosen, request an exchange/return.

For online exchanges, the first exchange for each item is free (check online exchange/return procedures). For returns, all shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend that the items are sent to us by carrier or registered mail properly packaged and insured.

WHAT ARE THE INTERNATIONAL TAXES, DUTIES, ETC., THAT I HAVE TO PAY?

Taxes are excluded from the quoted prices. They will always be according to the rates of the different countries. For products delivered outside the European Union, you agree to be responsible for the payment of Customs Tax / Tax on Industrialized Products and / or Import VAT that may arise at the destination of delivery. We advise you to contact your country’s customs office to find out the amount of these costs.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Usually within 5 working days in EU countries.
For countries outside this area, it may take up to 15 working days, depending on the customs services of your government.


WHAT DO I DO IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER?

You should contact us at [email protected] or call (+351) 961 051 987 so that we can try to figure out what the problem with the shipment is.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I’VE ALREADY PLACED?

After a purchase has been made, if you wish to make any changes to your order and it has not yet been shipped, you should contact us by any means we have available as soon as possible. Be it email, phone contact or through our Instagram direct.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are a Portuguese brand, located in the north of the country, more specifically in Porto.

HOW IS THE PRODUCT MADE? WHERE DO THE MATERIALS COME FROM?

Our pieces are made by hand or using less industrialized production processes. We use raw materials with the smallest footprint possible, either by recovering old fibers or by using organic and unmanipulated yarns. The origin of these is local and whenever possible national.

HOW DO I MAKE SURE I ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE?

Our pieces are one size adult and unisex, so there is no need to choose a size.
