We offer shipping costs on orders over 150.00 € for mainland Portugal.
1. If you pay by Bank Card or Paypal, after payment is successfully completed, you will receive a manual confirmation email from RUFF with all the data of your purchase. At that time your order begins to be processed and will be dispatched within the next 3 working days.
2. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email communicating the shipment with tracking number.
